Fine Art Giclée Prints

Since I have decided to increase the size of my fundraising flower paintings (see previous post) I will be selling Limited Edition Fine Art Giclée Prints of each original painting (250 A3 prints, 150 A2 prints and 100 A1 prints – 500 in total) making the flower prints collector’s items!

I am delighted to be working with one of the UK’s best fine art printers, dStudio, who, from their studio in Little Clacton, Essex, provide fine art giclée printing for artists, photographers, illustrators and creatives.

As well as being multi-award winning and Fine Art Trade Guild members for over 30 years, of the many reasons I chose to have my artworks printed by dStudio was their environmentally friendly credentials:

• they produce archival quality, professional giclée prints for artists, with the option to choose from Hahnemühle’s range of Eco Fine Art papers.
• they are a Carbon Neutral company.

After getting several proofs printed, I have opted to use Hahnemühle Hemp Eco Fine Art paper for all my giclée art prints.

Each of the Limited Edition Fine Art Giclée Prints in my 50 Flower Series will be printed from high resolution scans of the my original paintings and so will capture all the details and brushstrokes of the original. (The A1 prints will have the image printed at the exact dimensions of the original painting: 50cm x 70cm).

Each flower painting will be matched to a charity and a sizeable percentage of the profits from the sale of the prints (approx. 70%) will go to the chosen charity: for each A3 print purchased £15 will be donated to the charity; for each A2 print purchased £30 will be donated to the charity; for each A1 print purchased £50 will be donated to the charity.

I have wanted to make the prints affordable for most people, so they are priced at £50 for the A3 size, £100 for A2 and £150 for A1; and because they are on standard sized paper, the prints will fit perfectly into most ready made frames available in the shops. The limited edition prints will only be available through my website or by directly contacting me.

Each print will come with an ArtSure Certificate of Authenticity. Each certificate will have my signature, edition number and a thumbnail image of the artwork, along with the title, date and medium of the original artwork. The certificates are printed on a 200gsm archival quality fine art paper and will last as long as the print it is authenticating!
